No replacements or refunds will be accepted due to personal factors.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have only slight damage on packaging (including wrinkles or scratches on the outer box) in logistics without affecting actual product quality.
Once an order has been accepted, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled.
Personalized Product Any product made to order or clearly personalized cannot be returned or refunded due to the custom nature. They are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Any defective or damaged products can be exchanged. For example, a product does not match the order or is expired.
The company reserves the right of all final decisions related to replacement. Product purchases can only be exchanged for another product one time per each purchase. The damaged or defective product must be sent back to the specified address.

Pack The Product For Return An application for return should be made within 7 days of the date of receiving the goods, otherwise no exchanges will be accepted. Once the application for return is accepted, please deliver your product with the original receipt and original packaging to the specific address in person. The returned products must be unopened, in new and resalable condition and in their original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Products opened or used are not accepted for returns.
